Welcome to the Red Mask Club, a frequent diners program for our most loyal guests! Earn one point for every dollar you spend on food and beverage purchases (gift card purchases, tax and gratuity excluded). Every time you accumulate 500 points, we’ll upload a $25 Thank You Reward to your account, plus receive a $15 Birthday benefit to help celebrate your big day! Joining is easy; all you need to do is request a Red Mask Club Card the next time you dine in with us. We’ll activate the card for you in the restaurant, once you obtain your card, register online to ensure you receive your rewards and benefits.

Use the portal below to register. Fill out the required fields to start enjoying your membership and benefits. By providing an email address, you will receive e-communications regarding upcoming rewards and benefits, special invitations and members-only promotions and events, plus exciting news on the happenings behind the Red Mask. One registered, you can use the portal to check your account including point balance and rewards status.


Will I receive a physical card and when will I receive it?
Since the Red Mask Club Program is now 100%, a physical card is not necessary anymore. To accumulate points, simply let your server know that you are a Red Mask Club member and provide your first name, last name and email address or phone number. Once your server has identified you, your check will automatically apply to your account.

How can I keep track of my points?
To keep track of your points, simply log in to your Red Mask Club dashboard.

Where is my claim code and how do I claim my receipt? 
A claim code will be printed to your check if you had identified yourself as a Red Mask Club member at any Kabuki Japanese Restaurant. If you don’t have a claim code, email a picture of the receipt together with your first name, last name and phone number to Anna at anna@kaizendining.com.

Why did I not receive my Birthday Benefit? 
Make sure that your birthday is updated in your profile. To do that, log in and click on “Card Details.” Then click on “Edit Card” at the top right hand corner of the grey box. If you have questions, please email Anna at anna@kaizendining.com.
