Will I receive a physical card and when will I receive it?
Since the Red Mask Club Program is now virtual, a physical card is not necessary anymore. To accumulate points, simply let your server know that you are a Red Mask Club member and provide your first name, last name or email address or phone number. Once your server has identified your account in our system, your check will automatically apply to your account.

How can I keep track of my points?
To keep track of your points, simply log in to your Red Mask Club dashboard.

I forgot my username and password. How can I get help to log in?
Your username is the email address you used to sign up for a Red Mask Club Account. To reset your password, click here. 

Where is my claim code and how do I claim my receipt? 
A claim code will be printed to your check if you had identified yourself as a Red Mask Club member at any Kabuki Japanese Restaurant. If you don’t have a claim code, email a picture of the receipt together with your first name, last name and phone number to Anna at anna@kaizendining.com.

Why did I not receive my Birthday Benefit? 
Make sure that your birthday is updated in your profile. To do that, log in and click on “Edit Profile” at the bottom of the box on the right. If you have questions, please email Anna at anna@kaizendining.com.
